Club Baseball Blows Out West Georgia in NCBA World Series Debut, 12-0

DUBOIS, Pa.--The Adrian College club baseball team crushed West Georgia, 12-0, in the opening round of the 2018 National Club Baseball Association Championship Tournament at Showers Field on Friday. With the win, the Bulldogs will play the winner of the New Hampshire/Missouri S&T game on Saturday at noon.

Adrian (20-5 overall) got two hits apiece from freshmen Andrew Beitel and Evan Gugnacki as part of the team's eight hits. Juniors Jordon Ham, Erich Stephenson and sophomore Shane Carney combined for six runs batted in.

Junior Mark Cash got the win after pitching five innings, while getting four strikeouts.
