Men's and Women's Outdoor Track and Field Open Season at Michigan State

EAST LANSING, Mich. - The Adrian College men's and women's track and field team opened up the outdoor season at Michigan State on Saturday, April 1, 2017. The men's team had six top five finishes while the women had four.

WOMEN'S TOP FINISHERS

Takiyah Smith finished fourth in the 100-meter hurdles with a time of 14.65 and fifth in high jump with a height of 1.50m.

Kallee Reiff was fifth in the 400-meter dash with a time of 1:01.35.

Natalie Modes ran the 100-meter dash in 12.76 for a fifth place finish.

Rayona Hart-Wilson finished sixth in the long jump (4.95m) and Olivia Vasiloff ran the 5000-meter run in 19:05.59 (7th).

MEN'S TOP FINISHERS

Conner Stevons finished second in the 3000 Steeplechase with a time of 9:53.50.

Jordan Davis was second in the 110-meter hurdles with a time of 14.82 and fifth in the high jump with a height of 1.91m.

Kevon Spence (3rd, 12.05m), John Hamilton (4th, 13.03m), and Jordan Connon (5th, 10.54m) each finished in the top five in the triple jump.

• Adrian travels to Huntington, Indiana next weekend to compete in the Huntington University Invitational on Saturday, April 8, 2017. Events are scheduled to begin at noon.
