The station's programming is a mix of Fox Sports Radio, regional sports talk, and local and national play-by-play and is a widely-listened sports radio station in southwest Michigan.
Borton, who is finishing up his third season at the helm, started the Adrian program from scratch and made an immediate splash in the 2014-15 school year. He has developed four Fishing League Worldwide All-Americans, coached two boats that finished in the top-20 of the 2016 FLW National Collegiate Championships and directed the Bulldogs to a No. 1 Cabela's/Association of Collegiate Anglers national ranking in its first year of existence in Fall 2015.
With two events to go on their 2016-17 schedule, the Bulldogs will compete at the FLW Northern Conference Event #2 at Chautauqua Lake in Bemus Point, N.Y., on Saturday, and close the season Sep. 9 at the Northern Conference Event #3 on Lake Erie in Sandusky, Ohio. Currently, Adrian is ranked 10th in the BassRankings.com Power Index and 15th in the Cabela's collegiate bass fishing poll.
