= Jacob Gassert and Billy Finch both had two hits and two RBI.

= Having two hits apiece were Patrick Burnette, Jack Bartlewski and Dylan Leonard.

HOW IT HAPPENED
= Adrian fell behind 3-0 after two innings and 5-3 after three. The Bulldogs tied the score 5-5 in the top of a five-run fourth inning when Cooper had a RBI-single to left field and senior Jordan Torrento had a run-scoring single through the left side. Miller drew a bases loaded walk to give the visitors the lead for good. Adrian led 8-5 after four frames.

= The Petrels opened the scoring in the bottom of the first inning on a throwing error when Alec Babb singled to third base and Andrew Mink came around to score the unearned run from second base.

= Oglethorpe padded its lead to 3-0 with two runs in the next stanza. Finch and Burnette had RBI-singles up the middle and to center field, respectively.

= Adrian, however, responded with three runs in the top of the third. Cooper led off with a double down the left field line and Torrento walked. Zschering followed with a single to right field as the runners moved up 90 feet, but Cooper came into score after stopping at third base because the right fielder made an error. Later in the inning, Torrento scored on a balk and Rainey had a RBI-single to left center to knot things up 3-3.

= The Petrels struck again with a pair of runs in the home half when Gassert homered to right field and Finch singled to left field to make it 5-3.

= Gassert hit his second home run of the game in the seventh inning, but OU trailed 11-7.

= Denny is tied for first in the MIAA with two victories.
