Bulldogs Picked Second in Men’s MIAA Preseason Basketball Poll

ROYAL OAK, Mich.  – The MIAA released their preseason men's basketball poll today (Nov. 1) with Adrian picked to finish second in the poll. In the men's poll, the defending MIAA champion Flying Dutchmen of Hope College captured six first-place votes, while Calvin College received two first-place votes followed by Adrian.

"We're really excited about the upcoming season. It's (MIAA) a tough, tough league and every game is a battle, but we're looking forward to it," said men's head coach Mark White.

"This has always been a Hope and Calvin league, and we're still chasing them and hope to get to that level by doing things we have done well in the past like defending, but we have a long way to go."

The Bulldogs finished last season with a 17-9 record and 9-5 in the MIAA. Below is a list of the results. Coaches could not place a first-place vote for their own team.
