Junior-Dominated Offensive Line Tabbed to D3football.com National Team of the Week

D3football.com Team of the Week for Oct. 25, 2016

BLOOMINGTON, Minn.--The Adrian College offensive line of juniors Bariah Staten, Matt Hoover, Travis Myrick, Eric McDonel and sophomore Dammian Booker has been named to the D3football.com Team of the Week, presented by Scoutware, the organization announced Tuesday on its website.

The quintet (pictured, left to right) of co-captain Myrick (Edwardsburg [Mich.] High School), McDonel (Titusville, Fla./Astronaut), Hoover (Muskegon, Mich./Reeths-Puffer), Staten (Miramar, Fla./Everglades) and Booker (Redford, Mich./Thurston) kept freshman quarterback Hunter Hamm upright in his first career start, not allowing a sack in a 31-13 win versus Kalamazoo. Hamm became the first Bulldog signal-caller in four years to throw for more than 300 yards and the Bulldogs had almost 500 yards of total offense.

This marks the first time in school history that an Adrian O-line has been selected for the D3football.com TOW since it began naming the weekly awards in 1999. In addition, the Bulldogs lead the Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association with 29 D3football weekly selections--the next closest school, Trine, has 24.
