Black Out and First Responders Day Set for Saturday's Home Football Game Against Hope College

ADRIAN, Mich.--The Adrian College athletics department, in a joint effort with the Adrian Student-Athlete Advisory Committee, will be hosting a Black Out & First Responders Day on Saturday when the Bulldogs football team plays Hope College at 6 p.m. in Docking Stadium.

The first 200 AC students with a college ID admitted into the game will receive a free black T-shirt courtesy of Pro Med Uniform located at 937 West Beecher in Adrian.

Our first responders in the area and ONE guest will receive free admission when they show their first responders ID or badge to the Docking Stadium Ticket booths.

Adrian has won two-straight to improve to 3-2 on the season, and is 1-0 in the Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association. The Bulldogs are the preseason favorite to capture their 12th MIAA championship in team history. Hope, meanwhile, comes in with 2-3 overall and 1-1 MIAA records, and features the league's second-best rushing offense at 220.2 yards per game.

Adrian has owned the series of late by winning seven of the past eight meetings against the Flying Dutchmen, including last year's 14-3 triumph in Holland.
