ADRIAN, Mich.--No. 1-ranked Adrian College wrapped up the regular season with a convincing 4-1 Senior Day victory over visiting Concordia-Wisconsin in Northern Collegiate Hockey Association men's hockey action on Saturday afternoon, as sophomore Ryan Cusin recorded a hat trick to help the Bulldogs to their 13th win in a row.

= Senior Dillon Kelley improved to 7-1 between the pipes, finishing with 26 saves and Third Star of the Game honors.
= Nick Szopinski scored CUW's lone goal in the opening period.
= Jake Switzer, who had an assist, tied Adam Fauchoux for the CUW lead with four shots on goal.
= Brody Decker was 7-for-13 on face-offs.
= Nick Malvin (L, 13-6-2) had 33 saves in the Falcons' goal.
HOW IT HAPPENED
= Adrian outshot CUW 37-27 and also won the face-off battle at 46 to 28.
= The Bulldogs jumped out to a 2-0 lead on goals by sophomore Matt McNair at 6 minutes and 47 seconds into the game and then Cusin at 15:19. Just 32 seconds later, Szopinski cut the deficit in half with his first career goal that snuck into the upper right-hand corner of the net.
= With the Bulldogs on the power play, Cusin restored Adrian's two-goal lead at 7:06 of the second period.
= Cusin added an insurance goal and completed the hat trick at 8:18 of the third period.
= Kelley came up with several sparkling saves, including a stop with his pads off a breakaway in the second period and then a glove save on a shot from the slot in the third.
BEYOND THE BOX SCORE
= Before the game, the Adrian seven-member senior class was honored for their individual contributions to the 11-year-old program. That group has compiled an 89-19-6 overall record, four NCHA Peters Cup titles, two Harris Cup championships and three NCAA tournament berths.
= Thompson made his 100th career appearance in the AC Black and Gold. He is the team's active career leader with 59 goals and is the 14th Bulldog to surpass 100 points (120).
= Adrian's 13-game winning streak is the program's longest since the 2010-11 squad won 14-straight from Jan. 21 to Mar. 25.
= Kelley upped his career highs to seven victories, 180 saves and eight games started.
= Adrian boasts eight 20-point scorers, led by Thompson (14+12=26) and junior defenseman Cory Dunn (3+23=26).
= The Bulldogs lead the Falcons 38-0 all-time.
