BLOOMINGTON, Minn.--Adrian College seniors Cory Dunn (Trenton, Mich./Austin Bruins, NAHL) and Bryan Yim (Farmington, Mich./New Jersey Hitmen, USPHL) landed on the latest D3hockey.com Team of the Week, released late Wednesday. Dunn, a defenseman, extended his school record to 10 citations on the weekly national team, while forward Yim makes it for the second time since his debut on Feb. 16, 2016.

Dunn led Adrian in scoring with six points on two goals and four assists with a plus-4 rating in the Bulldogs sweep of Northern Collegiate Hockey Association foes, 5-1 over Finlandia and 4-3 in overtime against then-#3 St. Norbert. The finance major had a goal and two assists in both victories. Against the Lions, he assisted on the go-ahead goal. Against the Green Knights, he assisted on the game-winning OT goal and sparked Adrian's rally with a goal in the third period. On the season, he leads the team with 10 points (3G, 7A) in six games.

Yim, who was named the NCHA Offensive Player of the Week on Tuesday, potted his two most important goals to date this season against St. Norbert. Having a heavy hand in helping Adrian storm back from a three-goal deficit in the third period, Yim tied it 3-3 with 1 minute and 19 seconds left in regulation and scored the game-winner on a wrap-around 1:45 into overtime to upend the defending national champions. Including a 5-1 victory Friday against Finlandia, Yim also won 54.1 percent (20-37) of his face-off attempts. On the season, the physics major leads the NCHA with six goals in six contests.

The Bulldogs will take a No. 2 national ranking, 5-1 overall record and 3-1 NCHA South Division mark into this weekend's home-and-home series against conference foe Trine. Adrian hosts the Thunder on Friday (7:05 p.m.; GET TICKETS) before traveling to Angola, Ind., on Saturday (7 p.m.). The Thunder gave top-ranked Wisconsin-Stevens Point its only blemish of the season so far, a 2-2 tie at home on Oct. 27.
