Men's Tennis Falls to Grace in Home Opener, 8-1

ADRIAN, Mich. – The Adrian College men's tennis team lost to Grace College on Monday, Sep. 17 in its home opener.

The lone Bulldogs point came in the top doubles pairing, as Nate Waterbury and Tanner Wilcox won a close match with a late comeback, taking it 8-6. Cam Rafinski and Jovanni Wagner-Payne led the Black and Gold in games won in singles play, each winning seven games over two sets. Rafinski was playing in the three spot while Wagner-Payne was in the six slot.

Adrian is back in action this Wednesday when Lawrence Tech comes to town. First serve is scheduled for 4 p.m.
