Adrian Finishes Seventh at AHIBC IV

MONROE, Mich. - The women's bowling squad competed in the American Heartland Conference IV tournament on Saturday in Monroe, Mich. and finished seventh.
The Bulldogs started off with a bang as they rolled a 915 in game one which was three pins out of first place. The next four games were rolled in the 700's as the team moved into baker games.
Once again the first game in baker format was the best for AC as they rolled a 485. In eight games total, the Bulldogs had a team average of 759.88.
Shannon McKowen was 15th individually for the Bulldogs averaging 162.2 in five games. She had a 184 in her first game. Amanda Niedermaier placed 25th and averaged 154.8 in five games. She rolled a high game of 170 in her third game.
Jessica Shovan bowled four games and averaged 154.5 with a high of 173. Kristen Marcis bowled four games and averaged 144.5. Nicole Corstange rolled two games over 200 with a 209 in her first game. She bowled three games for a 545 series.
