Women's Golf Travels to Ostrander, Ohio, for the Ohio Wesleyan Bump Invitational

OSTRANDER, Ohio--The Adrian College women's golf team came in 11th place with a 381+380=761 at the two-day Bump Invitational hosted by Ohio Wesleyan University that concluded Sunday at the Mill Creek Golf Club.

Sophomore Brooke Symons--the reigning Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association women's golfer of the week--paced Adrian with an 89+87=176 for a 28th-place tie out of 80 individuals on the par-72, 5834 -yard course. She was followed by senior Alysa Graf (91+93=184, T-45th), junior Libby Dusenbery (97+91=188, T-49th), freshman Hannah McKee (104+110=214, 72nd) and sophomore Katelyn Church (120+109=229, T-78th).

Wittenberg University swept the team (308+319=627) team and medalist titles as Jane Hopkinson-Wood led all players with a 68+73=141 for 3-under par.

The Bulldogs are back on the links on Saturday and Sunday, April 14-15, at the Wooster College Spring Invitational in Jeromesville, Ohio, at the Mohican Hills Golf Course. Opening tee-times are 11 a.m. and then 9 a.m.
