Women's Golf Produces Two Top-25 Individual Performances at MIAA Jamboree #4

KALAMAZOO, Mich.--The Adrian College women's golf team wrapped up September on Saturday at the Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association Jamboree #4, recording a 365 for eighth place. The nine-team event was held here at Millham Park Golf Club and hosted by Kalamazoo College.

Leading the way for the Bulldogs with two top-25 finishes were sophomore transfer Hailey Scott (88, T-22nd) and junior Brooke Symons (89, T-25th). Rounding out the Adrian lineup: freshmen Alexis Weston (91, T-30th), Lauren Yankee (97, T-48th), and senior Libby Dusenbery (98, T-51st). In addition, freshman Audrey Jutis Adrian played as an individual (105, T-55th).

St. Mary's (Ind.) had a collective team score of 306 for first place and the Belles' Summer Stillson was medalist with a 71.

Adrian concludes its fall campaign next Friday and Saturday, Oct. 5-6, with the MIAA Fall Final at the Bedford Valley Golf Club in Battle Creek. Both rounds are expected to start at 1 p.m.
