ORLANDO, Fla.--Former Adrian College student-athlete Sean Cain attended the NCAA Convention here at the Orlando World Center Marriott and Caribe Royale Orlando, where the largest national governing body for intercollegiate athletics featured its latest NCAA Division III Identity video.

Cain, who is now an athletic special events and development fellow at NCAA Division I University of Nevada Reno, appears about 2 minutes, 2 seconds into the clip. He was a four-year starter on the back line for the Bulldogs men's soccer team from 2014-17, earning 2016 All-Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association Second Team honors and the 2017 Dr. Marvin Zuidema Award for contributions to team play, leadership qualities, demonstration of ethical virtues and excellence in athletics and academics. The Northville High School product also served on the National Student-Athlete Advisory Committee, NCAA – Executive Board and Management Council representative.

The National Collegiate Athletic Association has released its NCAA Identity Initiative video series about Division III throughout the season, created to show student-athletes demonstrating an understanding of the Division III philosophy and sharing with viewers what makes the division unique.

Adrian College has been a proud, successful member of NCAA Division III since the 1960s. Division III is the largest classification with 451 total member institutions and 43 voting conferences.
