The Adrian College equestrian team competed in the first doubleheader of the season hosted by Saginaw Valley State at Midland County Fairgrounds. The team had multiple returning members have a great start to the season as well as the freshmen having a successful debut. 
 
Special congrats to the following team members: 
Christopher (Gopher) Warwick: (Team Captain) Qualified for regionals in Level 1 Horsemanship. He also had two first place wins. 
Madison Austin: (Team Captain) Placed first and second in Open Horsemanship.
Corynn Prato: (Sophomore) Placed first in Rookie B Horsemanship.
Bryleigh Ahearn: (Freshman) First time competitor and took a win in Rookie B Horsemanship. 
Tommi Bok: (Freshman) First time competitor and took a win in Rookie B Horsemanship. 
Skyler Dressel: (Senior) Placed second in Level 1 Horsemanship.
 
Huge thanks to SVSU for hosting a great show. The Bulldogs will be back in action for their All-Region host show at Albion College.
