Dorow Named MIAA Player of the Week

ROYAL OAK, Mich.  – The Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association has named Adrian shortstop Ryan Dorow its Position Player of the Week for games played through April 26.

Dorow, a freshman from South Haven (South Haven HS), hit .364 (8-for-22), including five extra-base hits, and drove in seven runs as the Bulldogs clinched their sixth consecutive MIAA championship. He belted three home runs, including a grand slam, to lead Adrian to a doubleheader sweep of Kalamazoo, 4-1 and 10-3, that clinched the title on Sunday. Dorow is being honored as Position Player of the Week for the first time in his career.
