ADRIAN, Mich.--A change in venue didn't matter. After piling up 37 hits and scoring 35 runs in a 17-0 and 18-1 doubleheader sweep in Alma on Saturday, the Adrian College offense continued to produce when the series shifted here at home on Sunday. The Bulldogs completed the four-game Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association baseball series sweep over the Scots, 6-1 and 14-10.

= Junior Ian Mikowski was the tablesetter in the leadoff spot, going 5-for-7 at the plate with three walks, five runs scored and two runs batted in during the doubleheader.
= Classmate Ryan Dorow extended a long hit streak with four more today and two RBI.
= David Carles went 5-for-8 on the afternoon, including a four-hit, two-RBI performance in the nightcap.
= Alex Peczynski had five hits in seven at-bats with three RBI on the day.

HOW IT HAPPENED, GAME ONE
= Senior Tommy Eng threw a complete-game to improve to 4-0 for Adrian. He scattered eight hits over seven innings, walking one and giving up an earned run. He had five strikeouts.
= The Bulldogs jumped out to a 3-0 lead in the very first frame. Senior Josh Knorr started it by hitting a RBI-double to left-center field and stole home on a double-steal. Then senior Matt Andrus capped it with a single through the left side for a RBI.
= Adrian tacked on two more runs in the next inning and never trailed.
HOW IT HAPPENED, GAME TWO
= Junior Zach Dunn was credited with the win in relief, working 1-2/3 scoreless innings without allowing a hit or walk and getting one strikeout.
= Mark Cash picked up his first save in just two appearances this spring. With Alma threatening in the top of the ninth and two runs already in, Cash got a force out against the second batter he faces to leave the bases loaded and preserve the 14-10 win with potential go-ahead run on deck.
= Trailing 6-5 going into the home fourth, Adrian took the lead for good with four runs for a 9-6 advantage. Andrus got the key hit with a two-run single up the middle, and then junior Dakota Cararo singled down the left field line.
= Earlier in the top-half, Alma took its second lead of the contest at 6-5 on a balk and Carles sacrifice fly to left field.
BEYOND THE BOX SCORE
= Adrian has won the last 32 meetings over the Scots and lead the all-time series 98-78.
= Dorow is hitting .447 (30-for-67) during a 16-game hitting streak, increasing his average 60 points over the last three weeks to .398. He leads the conference with 40 RBI.
= Alma has been receiving national votes in the last two D3baseball.com/NCBWA Top 25 polls.
= Adrian steps out of conference play to host crosstown and NAIA-scholarship foe Siena Heights at 5 p.m. Tuesday.
