Bulldogs Struggle at Albion, Lose 60-41

ALBION, Mich. – Christian Covile and Anthony Cannon led the Bulldogs offensively with 13 and 11 points in the 60-41 loss to Albion on Wednesday night.

The Britons had three players scored double digit points in the win, Travell Oakes (16), Jordan Herron (11) and Robert Ryan (11).

Adrian struggled from the floor shooting the lowest percentage of the season, 13-45 (28.9%).

The Bulldogs' largest lead of the game was two points in the first minute of the game when Covile hit the first shot of the game. Albion would take the lead on the next shot and never surrender it again, building the lead to 19 with 59 seconds left in the game.

Albion edged Adrian in rebounds 45-30 and scored 12 points off the Bulldogs 13 turnovers.

Adrian will travel for its second of three straight games on the road to face MIAA opponent Hope this Saturday (Feb. 13). Opening tip is scheduled for 7:30 p.m.
