Covile was named the team MVP. Covile scored 519 points, hauled in 205 rebounds and shot 50.7% from the floor and 44.3% from behind the arch—a season performance that was an integral part of Adrian's winning season and the reason he was named first team All-MIAA.
Covile, Jackson, Rodak and Denham were all honored with the Buck Riley Leadership Award. This award is named in honor of former Bulldog head coach Buck Riley who coached the Adrian College men's basketball team for 27 seasons from 1982-2009. The award is given to the players who exemplify excellent effort, discipline, commitment, class, sportsmanship, leadership and dedication to the program, coaching staff and teammates.
The final team award given was the Unsung Hero award given to Anthony Cannon. This award is given to the player who made a significant contribution to the team despite playing in a secondary role. According to Adrian head coach Mark White, "Anthony made important plays for us when we needed it most in a variety of ways including scoring, defense and rebounding."
