Justin Webster and Jeremy Kalonji Named to All-MIAA Men's Basketball Team

FREELAND, MICH. - The Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association (MIAA) announced the 2017-18 All-MIAA men's basketball team today. Senior Justin Webster was named to the first team and sophomore Jeremy Kalonji was named to the second team.

Webster finished the regular season with a team-leading 19.0 points per game average (4th MIAA), 56.0 field goal percentage (4th MIAA) and 9.4 rebounds per game (2ns MIAA). He tallied 11 double-doubles on the season including seven consecutive double-doubles to start the Bulldog 11 game winning streak that spanned over a month. The Adrian, Michigan native also received several individual awards this season including two MIAA player of the week honors, D3hoops.com Team of the Week selection, and the U.S. Basketball Writers Association player of the week.

Kalonji is currently second in the MIAA in three-point percentage (44.2). He is second on the team with 14.1 points per game (9th MIAA). He is eighth in the league in field goal percentage (52.3) and free throw percentage (72.4).

The Bulldogs travel to Olivet this Friday, February 23 to face Hope in the semifinal round of the MIAA men's basketball tournament. The game is scheduled to tip-off at 5:00 p.m., ET.
