Bulldog Men Finish Fifth at Hanover Spring Invitational

SEYMOUR, Ind. - Freshman Cameron McKee and the Adrian Bulldog Men's Golf team finished the weekend in fifth place out of 10 teams at the Hanover Spring Invitational. McKee fired a 71 and a 78 to lead the Bulldogs, finishing in a tie for fifth place overall at Shadowood Golf Course.

The Bulldogs got a 77 and an 82 out of sophomore Connor Doria (t-29th), as Adrian finished the round with a total score of 313, one shot over the 312 shot the previous day. Sophomore Brad Haley fired an 81 and an 80 to finish tied for 41st.

Adrian's 625 put the Bulldogs just 11 shots out of second place finisher Mt. St. Joseph's, which finished with a 614. Transylvania University won the match, finishing with a 578, having four of the top five scorers in the match.

The Bulldogs will hit the course again for the Vic Cuiss Intercollegiate on April 10th at 1:00 pm. The match will take place in Jackson, Michigan, at the Country Club of Jackson.
