Brothers Named NCHA Offensive Player of the Week

Adrian College freshman forward Kyle Brothers (Watford, Ont.) is the NCHA Men's Offensive Player of the Week the league office announced Tuesday.

Brothers had an impressive debut in Adrian's two-game sweep over Northland College. He netted a hat trick on Friday night in his first game, becoming the first Adrian player to do so in a collegiate debut. He had five points in the 9-2 win on Friday and also had a goal and assist in Saturday's 7-2 win. For the weekend he had a league-best seven points, a plus-5 rating and six shots on net.
