ALBION, Mich.- Adrian College men's soccer team travelled to Albion College to take on the Britons in their final road math of 2013. This match was again another tough test in the MIAA for the Bulldogs and Albion managed to get their best as Adrian fell to ( 5-9-5, 3-7-3) after a 1-0 loss.
The first half was hard fought until the 28th minute when Albion broke the tie. This goal was all that was needed for the Britons to upend the Bulldogs and take a much needed three points home. Adrian College fought hard to even the score as Nick Minshall and Kaheem Christopher each fired shots on goal, but the Britons seemed to have the answers. Niko Giantsopoulous made three saves to keep the match within reach, but Adrian could not even the score and Albion took the decision.
Adrian College will see action again Tuesday, November 5 at 7:00 p.m. against Olivet College. This will be the Bulldogs final home match of the season.
