ADRIAN, Mich. – The Adrian College men's tennis team fell to 1-1 in Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association (MIAA) play on Friday, April 5 with a 9-0 loss to Hope College at home.
Hope dominated the match from start to finish, taking all three doubles points while only losing a combined four games in the first part of the dual. Junior Tanner Wilcox put up Adrian's best fight at singles, falling 6-4, 6-3 at the two spot. Freshman Cameron Rafinski also had his first set go to 6-4 in the five slot, ultimately falling 6-4, 6-2.
Adrian is back in action on Tuesday, April 9 when the Bulldogs travel to Albion to continue MIAA action. First serve against the Britons is scheduled for 4 p.m.
