Bulldogs Claim Seventh at AHIBC Championships

The women's bowling team traveled to Fort Wayne, Indiana this past weekend for the AHIBC Conference Championships. This year's Championship featured a different format than in years past as all teams bowled six blocks of four baker games in qualifying. The top four teams after qualifying would bowl four more games with the top two teams moving onto the championship match. The teams bowled on Montreal which is a 41-foot oil pattern. Adrian got off to a rocky start as two starters battled with illness. The team regrouped and shot three good blocks before shooting their highest block of the day, an 822 in block five.  The big block moved the team up to sixth place, but they weren't able to make up enough pins to get into the top four. They would finish in seventh out of 12 teams. Junior Taylor Ouellette anchored the team all day and had probably one of her best performances of the season.
