ALBION, Mich.--The Adrian College men's golf team opened their season by competing at the MIAA Jamboree at the Medalist Golf Course in Albion.

The Bulldogs finished seventh out of eight teams with a team score of 344. Mark Eberline and Tommy Carlson both shot rounds of 83 in the event which placed them in a tie for 21st place overall. Brian Carney, Jeremy Squires, and Alex Webster rounded out the scoring for the Bulldogs with scores of 88, 90, and 95 respectively.

Olivet College won the event with an overall score of 312.

The Bulldogs will next compete at Bedford Valley Country Club in Olivet on Sept. 11.
