BENSENVILLE, Ill. - The ACHA Division I opener ended with a 5-2 loss at Robert Morris. Tim McDougall made 24 saves on the evening and allowed four goals with one goal coming on an empty net shot in the final minute.

Newcomers Kevin Sunde and Randall Cox scored the goals for Adrian. Alex Norman, Jack Goodell and Spencer Bonomo were all credited with one assist. The Bulldogs were called for 43 penalty minutes on the evening and Robert Morris took advantage with three power play goals.
