ANGOLA, Ind.--The Adrian College men's golf team shot a 301 to place fifth in the first Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association Jamboree of the season at the Zollner Golf Course, hosted by Trine University.

Adrian sophomore Andrew Skibski had a 71 for a fifth-place tie overall and freshman Logan Heffner also had a top-20 finish with a 75 for T-19th. They were followed by sophomore Mo Harb (77, T-24th) and junior Zak Hart (78, T-27th). Sophomore Brandon McLean contributed an 84 for T-36th for the Bulldogs.

Next up, Adrian will compete in the MIAA Jamboree#2 on Tuesday (1 p.m.) at the Bedford Valley Golf Course in Battle Creek, Mich. It will be hosted by Olivet College.
