Aaron Valentine to lead 1-0. In the second inning, the Bulldogs went off for eight runs sparked by a RBI single from
Don Goodes.

Easton Rogers and a double from
Dylan Johnson to lead 9-0. Miranda homered in the third inning to extend the lead to 11-0 before the Bulldogs were held scoreless the rest of the way.
In game two of the doubleheader, Olivet got on the board with a homer run in the first inning, but Kedrow answered with a single to score Goodes in the bottom half of the inning. Olivet added a pair to lead 3-1 in the second inning which was answered by Adrian in the fourth. Linkin Hayward singled in a run followed by
Kevin Cardentey scoring on a wild pitch to tie the game. Goodes hit an infield single to score Hayward, and a double steal brought home
Ty Peck to lead 5-3. Olivet added two in the seventh to tie the game, but Adrian responded with three in the bottom of the inning. Johnson tripled with two outs in the inning to drive in a pair of runs and later scored on a wild pitch. Kedrow added an insurance run for Adrian on a sacrifice fly to lock up the 9-5 win.
Gage Ricker got the start in game two lasting three innings and was relieved by
Griffin Firestine who went 3.2 for the Bulldogs.
Brandon Schulze got the win in relief down the stretch and
Jacob Hanoian picked up his fourth save of the year.
The sweep was one small step for the Bulldogs in the MIAA standings sitting half a game behind Kalamazoo College for the second place spot in the conference. Hope leads the way so far with an 11-2 record followed by a 7-5 record from Kalamazoo and an 8-6 record by Adrian.
The Bulldogs will have some time off after the past busy week and will return to action on Friday, April 29 on the road at Alma College before finishing the series at home on Saturday with a doubleheader. First pitch on Friday is scheduled for 4:00 PM.
