ADRIAN, Mich. -- The Adrian College Men's ACHA Division 3 hockey team finished their regular season schedule with a home and home series against Saginaw Valley State University over the weekend. The team honored their Senior Class of 2023 in a pre-game ceremony on Sunday afternoon at the Arrington Ice Arena. Seniors Dominic Sommerville, Matthew Borucki, Zach Major, Trevor Benoit, Ryan Pinho, and Austin Brining were all recognized before the game for their achievements and efforts during their time with the team. The Bulldogs would end up losing both games to SVSU, by scores of 9-1 and 3-2.

The MD3 Bulldogs, who finished their regular season with a 6-16-0 record, will now move on to the MCHC Conference Playoff Tournament and face off for a re-match against No. 3 seed, Saginaw Valley State, in the Quarter-Finals. Puck drop is on Friday night at 8:45 PM at the Midland Civic Arena in Midland, Michigan. The Bulldogs will look to advance to the Semi-Finals on Saturday.
