FARMINGTON HILLS, Mich. – The #1 seed Adrian College Men's ACHA Division 1 hockey team clashed with #2 seed Purdue University Northwest in the GLCHL Playoff Championship game on Saturday evening, falling to the Pride by a 5-3 score.
 
The Bulldogs out-shot the Pride 65-18 in the game, but it was not enough as Purdue University Northwest clinched the GLCHL Playoff Championship title. Adrian goals came from Blake Wideman, Justin Jamer on the power play, and Chad Noetzel.
 
The No. 2 MD1 Bulldogs will now shift their focus to a pre-nationals tune-up game with No. 16 Indiana Tech University this coming Friday, February 23 in Fort Wayne, Indiana at 2:30 PM.
