TERRE HAUTE, Ind -- The Adrian College men's golf team competed in a two-day tournament over the weekend in Terre Haute, Indiana. Out of the 13 teams that competed, the Bulldogs finished in fourth with a two-day score of 605 after shooting 296 on Saturday and 309 on Sunday.
Hendrik de Koning led the way for the Bulldogs during the tournament as he finished third as an individual. de Koning shot a tournament-low 68 on Saturday followed by a 75 on Sunday to finish +1 for the tournament.
Christian Long shot 74 and 77 to finish with a two-day total of 151 while
Cameron Bozyk shot 76 and 77 for a 153, and
Ryan Van Eyk shot 78 and 80 for a two-day total of 158.
Joe Renfer rounded out the starting five with a pair of 81s to shoot 162.
Adrian's next contest is a two-day tournament on March 23-24 at The Ruckus which is held at Williamsburg National in Williamsburg, Virginia. Saturday's tee times are to be determined.
