Capital erupted for five runs in the bottom of the fifth inning to take a 5-1 lead with two innings to play. A double from Paige Stein, a double from Alaina Craig, and a double from Bagelmann gave Adrian a lift to score three runs in the sixth inning. Adrian down 5-4 in the top of the seventh, Craig and Makenzi Johnson deliver. Craig hits a single down the left field line to score DeChalk and Johnson hits a single to third base allowing Craig to score and give Adrian a 6-5 lead. Adrian shutdown Capital in the last half inning and won game two 6-5.
