ADRIAN, Mich. -- The Adrian College Bulldogs and the Women's Wrestling team are proud to announce the hiring of former Bulldog, Angela LoRusso, to be the program's newest Assistant Coach.

LoRusso recently graduated from Adrian in the spring of 2023 with a BBA in Entrepreneurial Studies and a minor in Facilities Design before beginning her MBA this past fall. LoRusso wrestled five seasons for the Bulldogs from 2019-2024.

During her tenure with the Adrian College Women's Wrestling team, LoRusso was a NWCA Scholar All-American for all five years of eligibility. She was also a World Team Trials All-American in 2022 and was the female recipient of the 2023 Frank and Shirley Dick Award for her excellence in the classroom and community throughout her Adrian career. In addition, LoRusso was a member of the National Honors Society while pursuing her education at Adrian College.

The Palmetto, Florida native brings vast experience to the Women's Wrestling coaching staff. She will join Head Coach Cliff Cushard's crew beginning this coming fall.
