MEQUON, Wis. - The Adrian College men's wrestling team traveled to the Concordia University Wisconsin Invite, where several Bulldogs turned in strong performances across multiple weight classes.
At 125 pounds, Max Mader battled through a tough bracket, finishing 0–2. In the 133-pound division, Jager Corliss secured a decision victory and closed out the day with a 1–2 record. At 141, Cole Riedel picked up a dominant tech fall on his way to a 1–2 finish.
The 149-pound class saw two Bulldogs earn victories, Cooper Honold recorded a tech fall to finish 1–2, while Blaise Kokkales claimed a decision win and also went 1–2. At 157, Aiden Smith put together an impressive run, finishing as the runner-up with a 4–1 record. Smith's victories came by two decisions, a major decision, and a tech fall.
In the 174-pound bracket, Calob Heilman delivered a standout performance, going 3–1 with wins by tech fall, pin, and major decision. At 184, Benjamin Grenesko picked up a win to finish 1–2.
Rounding out the upper weights, the 285-pound group saw multiple Bulldogs in action. Blake Daniels earned a pair of victories—one by decision and one via bye—to finish 2–2. Scott Smith collected a win to finish 1–2, while Hamza Rafferty added a pinfall victory and also closed with a 1–2 record.
