Saginaw's offense couldn't get anything going against Connor Strong, who threw three scoreless frames in relief. Adrian added three insurance runs in the bottom of the sixth, two runs coming in on a Cash Haynes single. The Cardinals plated one run in the seventh, but it was far from enough as the Bulldogs took game two, 11-3.
