2009 (So.): Made 14 appearances…had a 10-2 record…had a 2.64 ERA…had five complete games…led the team with 83 strikeouts…opponents batted only .254 against him…averaged 9.96 strikeouts per nine innings…on March 22 in the first game of a doubleheader versus Albion College he had a complete game with 12 strikeouts and only gave up two runs…on May 1 in the first game of a doubleheader versus Albion College he pitched a complete game and had 10 strikeouts and had a shutout…ranked sixth nationally in wins with his 10…was 31st  in the nation in strikeouts with his 83…is fifth for single season at Adrian in innings pitched with 75…has the most wins in a season in school history…was an All-American last year and is pre-season All-American this year…is seventh is single season history with lowest ERA with a minimum of 30 innings pitched with his 2.64…is third in most pitching decisions with 12… is third in strikeouts in a single season with 83.

2008 (Fr.): Made 13 appearances on the mound and made one start in the postseason…sported a 4.22 ERA and went 3-3 on the bump…threw 32 innings and allowed 31 hits and 15 earned runs…walked 15 and struck out 38 which ranked second on the team…gave up six extra-base hits and a .254 opposing batting average…held righties to a .247 batting average…recorded 34 flyouts and 19 groundouts for a 1.8 ratio…had a 3.00 ERA in 12 postseason innings with 10 strikeouts.
