Entering the Season: Coming off a career-year across the statistical board and is a returning starter at catcher...one of 11 seniors on the squad...

2016 (Junior Year):

• Played in a personal-best 34 games. 
• Hit .292 while getting on-base 45.2 percent of the time and slugging .462.
• Led Bulldog catchers in most offensive categories, including runs scored (16), hits (19), doubles (6), home runs (1), walks (13) and runs batted in (10).
• Earned top weekly honors from D3baseball.com and the Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association to open the month of April, with a slashline of .667/.700/1.333 as the number 8 batter in the lineup during a 3-2 week for the Bulldogs. 
• Led Adrian to a 22-1 romp over Blackburn (March 5) with two doubles, a walk and three RBI in the second game of the season.

2015 (Sophomore Year):

• Appeared in 30 games while making 19 starts behind the plate
• Against Berry on March 6, he had two hits, one of which was a home run, and batted in two runs as the Bulldogs went on to win 5-4.
• Had 14 hits with four going for extra bases.

2014 (Freshman Year):

• Appeared in eight games while starting seven.
• Collected 11 hits in 25 at-bats (.440) with three runs, two doubles and six RBI.
• Recorded 33 putouts and six assists behind the dish.
• Sported a .423 on-base and .520 slugging percentages.
• Batted 4-for-11 in the NCAA Regional with two runs and three RBI.
• Finished the season with five multi-hit games.

Personal:

• Majoring in accounting
• Born in Gahanna, Ohio on Oct. 21, 1994.
• Son of Mark and Kelly Cararo; father played baseball at Ohio Dominican University
• Prepped at Gahanna Lincoln High School, graduating in 2013.
• Four-year letterwinner in baseball, helping team to two district championships, a regional crown and the state's final four.
• Named first-team all-conference three times.
• Member of school’s Honor Roll.
