Charlie Solis enters his tenth season on the Bulldogs' NCAA Baseball staff in 2025-26. Solis is responsible for the outfielders and also coaches first base.

Since Solis took over the outfielders nine seasons ago, he has seen 10 of his players get recognized for their performance by being named All-MIAA at the end of the year. Ian Mikowski was named the MIAA MVP 2017, as well, under Solis.

Solis has worked with Adrian High Schools baseball program as a volunteer coach for numerous years prior to coming to AC. He also has extensive experience in high level travel baseball. Coaching in the Adrian Lookouts organization for over 10 years, his teams won numerous tournament championships.

He lives in Adrian with his wife Erin. They have two sons Caleb and Noah and one daughter Mya.
