Cash Regan comes from Olds, Alberta, Canada and transferred to the Adrian MD1 Bulldogs in 2024 after kick-starting his collegiate career at the University of Central Oklahoma (ACHA DI). Before college, Regan played three seasons in the Kootenay Internation Junior Hockey League for the Kimberley Dynamiters, winning a league championship title in 2023.

Regan was a key contributor to Central Oklahoma as a freshman in the 2023-24 season, posting over a point-per-game rate in 34 games. After transferring, Regan made an immediate impact with the Bulldogs up the middle, producing 33 points in 34 games played to help lead the Bulldogs back to the National Championship.

Cash, known by his teammates as "Cash" or "Ronald", can be found at the local rodeo. He majors in Athletic Training and is on pace to graduate in 2027.
