Matthew Cruz is from New Baltimore, Michigan and spent time with the Metro Jets of the United States Premier Hockey League before coming to Adrian College in 2021.
Matthew, otherwise known as "Cruzy" or "Cruzazz", has a deep passion for baby carrots and his favorite color is baby blue. Matthew studied Business Administration at Adrian College and graduates in 2025.
