Biography

2016 (Junior): Played in seven games in a Bulldog uniform...tallied two runs and one hit on six at bats...recorded her hit in game one at Mt. St. Joesph on April 24, 2016.

2015 (Sophomore): Appeared in 14 games...had a batting average of .333...recorded one RBI and four runs on one hit...had a perfect fielding percentage with two putouts.

2014 (Freshman): Played in 11 games and made one start...made five plate appearances...made her first career start April 24 against Ohio Wesleyan.

High School: A letter-winner in softball, basketball, and volleyball…volleyball team captain…academic all-state in softball…district champion softball player…member of the national honors society.

Personal: Majoring in language arts with a minor in elementary education-early childhood…daughter of Dave and Amy Derrer…favorite sports teams are the Detroit Tigers and Michigan State Spartans…favorite athletes are Miguel Cabrera, JD Martinez, and Kirk Cousins…favorite TV shows are SportsCenter and One Tree Hill...favorite movies are Remember the Titans, Friday Night Lights, and Southpaw.
