Fiona Conway joins the Adrian College synchronized skating coaching staff in the summer of 2024.
Conway is a recent graduate of Adrian College where she was a member of the synchronized skating team and the figure skating team. During here time at Adrian, she was the captain of the figure skating team during the 2022-23 season and was the 2023 Adrian College Figure Skating MVP in 2023. Conway was also a member of the Adrian College senior varsity synchronized skating team that represented Team USA in the Hevelius Cup in Poland and the Nuchatel Trophy in Switzerland. Conway is a quadruple goal medalist in U.S. Figure Skating where she won gold medals in Moves in the Field, Pattern Dance, Solo Dance, and Freestyle. In January of 2023, she became a skater for the U.S. Figure Skating DREAM Program.

Conway has been a skating coach since 2017 where she started at the iSkate Academy as a figure skating coach while also serving as a Learn to Skate USA Instructor. In 2022, Conway became the volunteer head coach of the Lenawee County High School figure skating team. Also in 2022, Conway was an intern for the Adrian College intercollegiate figure skating team. During the 2023-24 season, Conway was named volunteer coach of the Ann Arbor Hockettes Junior Team.
