Born: 2005 in Barrie, Ontario, Canada
Sydney White spent time with the Barrie Jr. Sharks of the PWHL prior to attending Adrian College in 2023 to play for the ACHA Women's Division 1 team. White wrapped up her rookie season in 2023-24 with nine goals and 20 assists during the regular season and conference playoffs, ahead of providing a goal and three assists in four games at the 2024 National Tournament. White's efforts as a freshman earned her a spot on the CCWHA All-Rookie Team and the ACHA All-American Rookie First Team, helping the Bulldogs capture the 2024 ACHA National Championship title.
