Adrian College

Jim Nicknair started at Adrian College in August of 2013. He enters his 13th season with Adrian in 2025-2026.

Nicknair initially spent four years with the Bulldogs before departing for Oakland University for the 2017-2018 academic year. Nicknair returned to Adrian in August of 2018. Since then, he has served as the primary athletic trainer for women’s soccer, men’s and women’s golf, men’s NCAA ice hockey, men’s and women’s cross country as well as the men’s and women’s track and field teams. Nicknair also serves as a clinical preceptor with the Adrian College Athletic Training Education Program.

A native of Glenburn, Maine, Nicknair earned a master of science in athletic training from Ohio University in 2013 and bachelor of science in athletic training from the University of Southern Maine in 2011.

Jim lives in Adrian with his wife Lindsay and their kids Callen and Mackenzie.
