The Adrian College women's ice hockey team held the overwhelming margin of shots on goal at 55-5 as they earned their second win on the weekend over Chatham University.
Five different Bulldogs netted goals in the win. The first AC goal came with just over three minutes remaining in the first period when Tracy McKay and Rachel Walters connected with Alexis Glenn for a power play goal.
In the second period, Leah Humphries made the game 2-0 in favor of the Bulldogs when she scored her first goal of the season. Four minutes later, the Bulldogs pushed their lead to three goals when Jodi Myers scored her second goal in as many games.
The Bulldogs added three more goals in the third period. Keegan Castrillo had her second goal of the season just over five minutes into the period. The final AC goal came when Andrea Soloko found the back of the net on a delayed penalty advantage for the Bulldogs.
The Adrian College women's hockey team will next be in action on Saturday, October 27 at Neumann College in Aston, Pa. for a 7:00 p.m. match up with the Knights.
