ADRIAN, Mich. - Junior Sean Gallant stepped up big for the Adrian College Bulldogs Men's Basketball team as they rolled, 78-49 over Olivet College at the Merillat Gymnasium. Gallant scored a game-high 19 points and grabbed eight rebounds as Adrian improved to 10-4 (3-1 MIAA).

The Bulldogs went on an 8-0 run in the first half as freshman Adam Meier, who finished with 12 points, and junior Cody Barnes both hit shots that gave Adrian a 12-3 lead. The Bulldogs went on to lead at halftime 39-21, closing out the half on a 13-1 run.

Junior Brad Whitby had another solid game for the Bulldogs scoring 12 points as he was a part of a solid team effort. Adrian only turned the ball over eight times while the team dished out 19 assists.

Adrian will hit the court next on Wednesday, January 18 as they will travel to Alma, which currently sits at 4-11 (0-4 MIAA). Tip-off is set for 8 p.m.
