DEFIANCE, Ohio - The men's tennis team traveled to Defiance College on Tuesday and returned home with a 7-2 loss against the Yellow Jackets. Adrian is now 2-3 overall.

The Bulldogs got their two team points in singles play. Cameron Hamilton was victorious at two singles with a 6-1, 6-0 win over Austin Gray. Alex Holdren also picked up a win at five singles with a 6-1, 6-2 triumph over Craig Bills. Ron Hilliard went three sets at six singles dropping the first set to Justin Walker 6-1. He came back for a 6-4 second set win and fell 10-7 in the third set super tiebreak. Hilliard and Jared Edwards had a chance at victory at three doubles where they went into a tiebreak 9-8 falling 7-1 in the tiebreak.
