ANGOLA, Ind. - The men's soccer team was looking for a season sweep of Trine University on Saturday (Oct. 18) afternoon at Weaver Field. The Bulldogs could not get their offense in rhythm with just one shot on goal from Bayden Lee in the contest falling 2-0 to the Thunder. Adrian took a 2-0 win earlier in the season but Trine returned the favor with 21 total shots and seven shots on net.

Lino Taormina made five saves in the contest with two in the first half and three in the second half. Kenny Rappuhn scored his third goal of the season at 65:30 with a Mac Green assist. Adrian recorded an own goal 2:06 later as Green hit a cross that went off the Bulldogs.
