FOND DU LAC, Wis.--The Bulldogs (7-2-0, 6-1-0) shutout the Sabres (3-7-0, 0-5-0) 6-0 in the first game of two this weekend. Kristin Lewicki led Adrian with two goals and one assist in the victory.

Kaylyn Schroka also scored three points for the Bulldogs by scoring one goal and contributed two assists. Sydney Smith, Logan Taylor and Kortney Diaz tallied one goal each. Michelle Jones, Brooke Lupi and Lexie Tzafaroglou all contribued one assist.

Brooke Gibson recorded her third shutout of the season between the pipes for the Bulldogs by saving all 22 shots that she faced during the contest. The win gives her a 5-1 record on the year.

Adrian edged Marian in shots on goal 24-22. The Bulldogs were 1-for-5 (.200) on the power play. The Sabres went 0-for-3 in the power play.

Adrian will face Marian again tomorrow. First puck drop is scheduled for 5:00 p.m.
